Mariana De La Garza

Mariana is an award-winning interior designer. She earned a B.A. in Interior Design and a minor in General Business Administration from Sam Houston State University.

In her position as Interior Designer with Coton House, Mariana’s focus is to be ‘design centric’ and to creatively define the perfect combination of selections and finishes that reflect the personality and lifestyle of each client. Her creativity isn’t limited to a specific design style but accentuates her client’s style.

Her work has been recognized by The American Society of Interior Design (ASID)–Texas Gulf Coast Chapter with three Ruby Awards and The National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA)- Texas Gulf Coast Chapter with multiple leadership awards. NKBA selected her for their 2023 Thirty Under 30 class, which celebrates the future rock stars of kitchen and bath.

Outside of work, Mariana enjoys sketching, shopping, attending concerts, and spending time with family and friends—and her dog, Rocky, who also loves to visit the office. And when she needs to disconnect she knows the perfect place. “Sometimes I need to take a break and I love to visit my grandfather’s ranch in Mexico,” she says. “It brings me a sense of peace to be in nature.”
