This is a current yet classic design that our client will enjoy for many years to come. The rugs are our favorite part of this project! Our client requested a neutral color palette with accents of color in the accessories to help her maintain the space up to date. The beautiful chandelier complements the white faux leather chairs and the rug. What makes the space interesting is the combination of patterns and textures.
We listened to the client and wanted a little more fun in the family room, so we specified a navy rug. The rug is easy to clean, making it kid and pet-friendly. The team used navy and orange pillows to tie the design together. The client loves abstract and colorful art, and we incorporated one of her pieces above a console table we ordered for the client. In addition, the table folds out, making a full-size table accessible for additional seating for family celebrations.
The formal living room has tufted lounge chairs and an ottoman. These work well with the chairs with nail heads along the edge. This room has a more sophisticated and formal design than the family room. The chairs and ottoman in the living room were custom made to obtain the correct dimensions for the goal of relaxed seating, yet are close enough for intimate conversations.
