Her experience includes reviewing mortgage loans while working with loan originators, underwriters and closers, which is invaluable for her clients who are buying or selling their homes. An important added benefit that clients find valuable is that Tamia is obtaining certification for interior design and has become experienced with working in home furnishing studios. She is interested in market trends, investments and the financial aspect that a career in real estate encompasses. Her educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in financial economics from Buffalo State College.
Tamia describes herself as a perfectionist who devotes attention to details. Her ability to multitask and be prepared to stay a step ahead of any situation is a constant goal.
In her downtime, she enjoys exploring new attractions such as Post Houston. She also actively meets local musicians through singing and performing at open mic nights throughout the city. For relaxation, she watches action, drama and comedy movies. She says a good movie with buttery popcorn and her furry companion, Gucci, is always a great treat.
Tamia said, “I am glad I set my roots in Houston. The opportunities are endless – and so is the food!”
