When asked to describe himself, Michael replied, “I’m a very social person who loves to engage with different kinds of people. Also, I enjoy the work-life balance that being a Realtor presents, as well as having no cap on your income. Therefore, you are rewarded for your efforts when you consistently work hard and produce a positive outcome for your clients.”
He also believes that nothing worth having comes easy and seeing a transaction reach completion despite difficulties is a beautiful thing. He enjoys the challenge of working with a variety of clients because he believes everyone views the world through a different lens. When a transaction for a client becomes tough and pressure develops, he is persistent in his efforts to resolve the situation for a positive outcome.
His area of expertise is with residential first-time home buyers, sellers, leasing and investors in the Uptown Galleria, Sugar Land and Katy areas of Houston. While attending the University of Arizona, Michael was a member of Eller African American Honorary Club as well as the Commercial Real Estate Club. In his free time, he enjoys sports, boxing and golfing as well as reading and video games. He travels as often as possible because he wants to see the world and quips, “You only live once!”
