Janette Menindez

Janette has followed important cues from her father in establishing her career. His 35-year long life’s work has been centered around general contracting and investing in the real estate industry. Her personal real estate experience began when she purchased her first home at the age of 23 after completing her associate in liberal arts degree from Houston Community College. She became a licensed realtor in 2019 after completing requirements at Champions School of Real Estate. To complement her work in real estate, she has been accepted into the Interior Design program at Sam Houston State University for the 2023-2024 academic school year.

Another facet of her multi-talented background includes certification as a Phlebotomist Technician. She also completed all nursing pre-requisites before transitioning to real estate.

Janette said, “I enjoy creating a bond that will last forever by building long lasting relationships with my clients.” She describes herself as a good listener, detailed oriented, trustworthy, and dedicated. Working with first-time home buyers interested in new home communities and land acquisition in EADO, the Texas Medical Center and the surrounding areas of Pasadena, Pearland, Webster, League City and Angleton is where she feels most effective.

She and her young daughter, Victoria, enjoy going to movies and trying out new Asian and Mexican restaurants. She enjoys cooking traditional Mexican dishes learned from her mother. Traveling to Europe and Hawaii, with Venice, Italy being her favorite, has wetted her desire for more travel. Her daughter is very interested in the fine arts, so spending time in Europe to visit the museums and galleries and learning about the history of the area is big on their agenda. She also wants to visit Spain and Greece . . .!!
