For our Second Annual Thanksgiving feast, we had quite the spread. Everyone shared their favorites and we even had personalized doggy boxes for leftovers. The four cooks that took the awards were … Abraham, who is known as a great cook and our chief turkey cutter, whipped up his famous hummus and delicious three layer brownies. Shannon’s caprese skewers, and macaroni took center stage. Gabriel is a newly found addition to this culinary team. Not only did his freshly made CH cherry pie blow me away, but his rum balls were the most decadent treat of the day.
We had a photobooth get those fun extra shots and a photographer took video clips of what we are thankful for. Although we have all had set-backs of varying degree throughout this difficult year, we do have so much to be thankful for. I am truly blessed for my team, the many opportunities we are graced with, good health, valued friendships and precious, but quirky family & pets.
