Francy’s warmth and friendly smile casts a shining light on everyone she meets — and she delights in seeing that happiness returned when her clients find their perfect home. She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering in her native country of Colombia and has taught Math, Spanish and English within the Houston Independent School District for 10 years. While she thoroughly enjoyed her teaching experience, the transition into real estate fulfills her passion to interact with a large variety of people who look to her for guidance and assistance in their home-buying quest.

She is comfortable working residential sales with a focus on the West Houston, Sugar Land and Richmond/Rosenberg areas. Her personal traits of patience, dedication and strong communication skills reinforced in her classroom experience serve her clients very well, whether they are millennials or families with children.

Family and giving back to the community are paramount in Francy’s life. She enjoys a variety of activities with her husband and two adult children. She also continues to be actively involved in education by volunteering several hours each week in local elementary school classrooms.
